The beautifully decorated atmosphere of Riad Due is enchanting. The breakfast was a particular highlight, with an exquisite array of homemade items each morning.
While the staff were generally attentive, there were instances when the response time for requests in the dining area could be improved, leading to some delays.

I liked everything about this riad, it met all my expecations of a traditional morrocan house with the luxury and service of a boutique hotel.
My only suggestion would be to have a small fridge in the room stocked with drinks as staff are not always around.

Riad Due was recommended to me by my son who had stayed there in July this year. The Riad is well located in the Medina and is a relatively easy 15 minute walk (depending on how many shops you stop at!) to and from the Jemaa-el-Fna Square. Also the access out of the Medina is good, with a 5 minute walk to the Riad Laarous Square where you can usually find a taxi. With only 4 guest rooms it really is like staying with friends. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and the rooms we had were unique and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

We had some fantastic and enjoyable day at Riad Due. Our hostess, Jemiaj, was incredibly sweet to help us with booking restaurants, spa, chef's course in Moroccan cooking and transport, and other personnel, especially our waiter, Khalid, was incredible friendly and pleasant. They did everything that was possible for us to feel comfortable. Riad Due is exquisite furnishings and a high standard of cleaning. Our room, Kamal, was delicious and had the most fantastic ceiling decoration. Riad Due's downtown location is also a plus because in two minutes you are in the souks, and Djemma El Fna is within 5 minutes reach. I will at any time select Riad Due Riad or 72 (same owner) next time I come to Marrakech.

great stay with attentive service
The infrastructure of this riad is really good, offering a beautifully renovated space that feels like home. The staff, especially Elena, Atika, Hasan, and Hamza, ensured all my needs were met, with their genuine hospitality standing out. I particularly appreciated the serene garden view with a perfect escape after a day of exploring.
The location, though convenient, is a bit of a walk from the main road.

I had an incredible experience backpacking through Morocco and staying at a charming riad. the location was perfect, situated close to the main attractions and right in the heart of the old medina. the staff went above and beyond, offering to collect us from the airport for a reasonable price. the room was immaculate and the bathroom was modern and spacious. the service was exceptional, with the friendly staff always available and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and filling, providing a great start to the day. the rooftop terrace boasted stunning views, perfect for watching the sunset over the city.
The intermittent wifi coverage, making it difficult to stay connected.
